test
365 Lacquer is a Somerville, MA based company that wants to change what you think about polish. We will make your manicure easy enough that you could change your nail color every day of the year.
Novices Welcome
Painting a perfect mani can be hard. Our polish paints thin self-leveling coats to aid with application and help you achieve salon quality nails.
Dig In
Don’t hesitate to dig around in your bag or run your fingers through your hair. 365 dries to a hard finish in 60 seconds and will not dent or smudge. Our favorite part? No waking up to bedsheet textured nails after a late night painting session.
365 Ways to Wear
As we design more colors, we strive for variety, and want to make sure you have the perfect color any day of the year. We launched in August 2014, and have loved expanding our selection.

faq
Where are you located?
We are based out of Somerville, MA
What does 5-free mean?
Our lacquer is 5-free, which means it does not contain formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalates, toluene, camphor, or formaldehyde resins. These ingredients have been deemed harmful and we will never include them in our products.
Why wouldn't a nail polish be vegan?
Certain nail polish included ingredients such as guanine (fish scales), carmine (beetles), gelatin, or other animal proteins. We only produce vegan products and do not test on animals.
What is in your lacquer?
Nitrocellulose, Acetyl Tributyl Citrate, Isobutyl Acetate Isopropyl Alcohol, Adipic Acid/Neopentyl Glycol/Trimellitic Anhydride Copolymer, Silica, Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer, N-Butyl Alcohol, Benzophenone-1, D&C Violet #2 [+/-]: Talc, Mica, Methicone, Bismuth Oxychloride, Calcium Sodium Borosilicate, Zinc Stearate, Polyester 3 Resin, Aluminium Hydroxide, Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide, CI 17200, CI 19140, CI 47005, CI 61570, CI 15985, CI 77400, CI 77000, CI 77510, CI 77288, CI 77742, CI 77007, CI 16035, CI 77861, CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77891, CI 47000
How do I apply your lacquer?
All of our lacquers are non-staining, and a basecoat is not a requirement. To minimize drying time and maximize wear time, apply in 2 thin coats, allowing 60 seconds of drying time in between. For a high gloss finish and more lasting power, top with your favorite topcoat.
How do I remove your lacquer?
A cotton ball and any nail polish remover will easily remove our lacquers. Wash and moisturize your hands afterwards to combat remover dryness.
How do I remove your glitter polish?
Glitter can be a little trickier to remove, but it doesn't have to take forever! Using the foil method is the quickest and easiest route. You will need a non-acetone polish remover, cotton balls (you can tear them to make them smaller), aluminum foil, and a moisturizer. Start by placing a remover soaked cotton ball on your nail. Take a small piece of foil and wrap it around the tip of your finger to hold the cotton ball on. Leave this on for 2-5 minutes, depending on how many layers of glitter you have on. When you're ready to remove, squeeze the foil as you remove to wipe off polish. By using this method, you are able to remove 10 fingers worth of glitter at the same time.
My lacquer is separating
This is a common occurrence, but no need to worry! Give your lacquer a little roll and a shake 5 minutes before you paint to remix the ingredients.
My bottle won't open
Sometimes bottles can dry closed. To fix this, run the lid under very hot water for about 30 seconds. It should open much easier.
My lacquer has started to thicken
This occurs because solvent evaporates from the bottle every time it is opened. It does not mean the lacquer has gone bad. To fix this, add a few drops of nail polish thinner (not acetone) and shake.
